Configure SMS verification and lead management

SMS Verification (Twilio)

Connect your Twilio account to send verification texts to leads.
Stored securely. Masked after saving.
Must be a Twilio phone number or verified sender.
How to set up Twilio:
1. Sign up at twilio.com (free trial includes $15 credit)
2. Get your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console
3. Buy a phone number or verify your own in the console
4. Paste the credentials above and save

Auto-Expire Timeout

Leads that don't respond within this window are automatically flagged as expired.
Default: 24 hours. Max: 168 hours (7 days).

SMS Message Preview

This is the message leads receive when submitted. It includes a unique verification link.
